Hello members! Here is what we have in store for you this week:

Produce:

Rhubarb

Sparkling rhubarb lemonade

Rustic beet tart with wilted greens

English/French Breakfast radishes
French Breakfast radishes sautéed in butter

Bombolini fresh black pepper linguine (incredible with the clams in the meat share!) *Please note that since this pasta is fresh, it only needs to be cooked for a few minutes (directions are on the package). It is so good! We are including this in the produce share this week while we are waiting for more crops to mature.

For those of you who chose to opt out of the oysters & clams, you will be receiving chicken legs & chicken breast from Groff’s Content Farm (Julie & Bob!) and ground Sage Sausage from Fleetwell Farms.
Roast chicken with rhubarb butter & asparagus (this recipe is for a whole chicken, adjust your cooking time appropriately).
